Eagle Vale Margaret River Shiraz 2022
Bright, vibrant purple red with a medium intensity. The palate has concentrated fruit characters woven with a nice touch of oak. Lively and balanced with fine tannins and a lingering finish.
The fruit for this wine was sourced from Vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. Morning harvested and fermented for nine days on skins and then pat run off to oak. The wine was rotated through 20% new oak for twelve months before a light fining and bottling.

Eagle Vale Margaret River Chardonnay 2023
The fruit for this wine was sourced from Vineyards In the Margaret River wine region. Grapes were night harvested and the juice cold pressed. After fermentation the wine was lightly oak matured, fined, clarified and bottled early to conserve the fine Chardonnay fruit flavours into the bottle.

This Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a benchmark blend, with lifted aromatics fresh with gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours. Clean and intense on the palate. Great with seafood or gourmet salads.
The fruit for this wine was sourced from Vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. Harvested in early morning, crushed grapes were juice-extracted to a bright condition and fermented in stainless steel. Cold fermentation and storage.

Classic Margaret River blend with succulent fruit forward aromas. The palate is flinty and dry, with initial burst of sweet racy fruit balanced by crisp acidity.
